We have a manager who is under no pressure to get results , a manager who knows he is untouchable , we have conceded so many goals after half-time so what happens in those team talks .

A major problem is when we fall behind , is the lack of belief that we can come back , I get the impression the players have it drilled in to them all week how good the opponents are so when we do go a goal down there is a certain amount of "oh , we are not good enough to come back here" so many games we set up to stop the other team instead of being positive .
