Looking at way draw has panned out -
All the top league sides got each other + all the lower league/non-league sides got each other.

If we can get past Thistle the draw could open up very nicely to have a right go at getting to Hampden.

guid draw if we can get past this round at least 5 premiership teams goin out ( hopefully no us ) and two from the hearts/celtic rangers/killie ties, so that would leave at most six premiership teams to face in next round, possibly four.

Nothing to be frightened of with this draw.

It'll be tough, but totally winnable.

Wonder what our squad will be like come late January.

Personally don't think we'll let our best players (Andreu, Crawford, Redmond, etc) go in the January window, but not so confident come summer.

Think we'll have a few new players in by then, with a sneaking feeling that we'll release Scotland and maybe put a few (Ryan and one or two others) out on loan.
