Tough 3 away fixtures to kick things off...............RC, Aberdeen and ICT, fair few miles between those three.

Tricky first month, in my opinion.......................hopefully, have some new recruits in place SOON!

Better to get the 3 furthest away trips over first, while the weather is still ok and the pitches are in good condition. Also the reverse is true that we'll play them at home in the winter when they've got horrendous journeys.
Starting at home v Thistle is a potential winning start, we have a reasonable record against Utd and I'm looking forward to playing Hearts...so overall it's a challenging but exciting start.
Another positive is we'll be playing Celtic on 3rd October, the weekend after their European midweek game, when they tend to be more beatable.
