Is your question assuming that the new management team (ie after Canning) goes through the same run of disastrous results and performances as the present mob do, coupled with their lack of accepting any form or responsibility for their actions?
If we keep making the same fundamental mistake time and time again, then it should be the BoD that's up for the high jump, along with their appointees.
Otherwise the fans will vote with their feet and Accies will be back to playing in front of a few hundred home fans, with the shiny new dome taking shape in the background to keep them company.
Let's hope that their selection policy holds more water than the "spin the bottle" tactic last time out.
Look I'm not asking for much here.
The BoD takes the medium to long term decisions to keep the club fluid financially and appoint a management team with proven experience and drive, that's required for a club of our stature.
They also need to have some ambition outside just bringing youth players through, if they wish the club to stay in the SPL.
Otherwise be honest with the fans and tell us where they actually see Accies level at.
If it's in the Championship, then state that's our level.
Personally, I haven't witnessed anything this year that makes me think the St Mirrens, Motherwells and Partick Thistles of this league are leaps and bounds above us, well not until Canning took charge that is.
