For what it intended to be a modern slick system, the new owners need to turn up in disguise and try one of two options.

Step 1. Wait in a long queue at the only turnstile accepting a season ticket with its 'new' QR code on your phone.
Step 2. Wait in an even longer queue at the Ticket Office to firstly buy a ticket with the QR code, then go to a turnstile and wait in line for Step 1.

This is really not acceptable, and with Winter weather coming on soon, why can't the club invest in a few more QR readers AND train the operators better, with more turnstles then being opened to speed the whole process up for us long suffering fans?.

Deo Gratias that we're in Div One. Heaven help us all when we are promoted back to the Championship next May.

QR entry system faster??? Discuss!!!

There was a second turnstile for STs but nobody seemed aware of it until a steward indicated we could use it. Would've saved some time if he'd done this a bit earlier or a fan maybe spotted it was vacant, which I didn't!

Doesn’t even need to be a special QR reader. According to fanbase website a smartphone with their software will do.
