In the absence of any meaningful info from the Club
FC Edinburgh claim lowest entry costs in the Division and are as follows:

Adults (over 18s): £11
Under 18s: £6

What's not to like??? Other than the distance from the old stand to the pitch
Accie's supporters visiting for the first time, bring your own telescopes/binoculars

Yes, they are now back to being Edinburgh City. Was a weird situation when they couldn't use that name. Won't be going to this, don't have binoculars!

Good, though, that we can go to see the Bino's, without binoculars

Dream start for the team in League 1. After the disaster of last season, some great new signings and what a difference. 0-3 today another clean sheet, according to BBC we had 23 attempts on goal, top of league and a plus 6 goal difference. Whats not to like

1-0, 2-0, 3-0. What price 4-0 next week? Mustn't get greedy, would take any win. It's great we have impact players on the bench but I wonder if One now deserves to start?

Edinburgh Council have managed to make a terrible ground for football into an even more terrible place to visit. The old Scoreboard has gone, the Big stand demolished and only a three row seated area along the pitch side, but still with the six lane running track intervening. Not fit for League 1 football, IMO. No atmosphere. A really underwhelming experience.
Seats were comfy, though.

As to the game, we gave them a few chances but they look destined for the foot of the table come May 2024. We were strong throughout, and class showed through eventually, even with windy conditions making football difficult.

Onwards and upwards. Bring on Montrose next week!!

Although very happy with the score felt we were a bit sluggish and should have killed the game off earlier.

Conditions didnt help and pitch wad very sticky and badly needed watering. Terrible place to see a game as others have said.

A very good and enjoyable performance despite the rubbish viewing conditions for the fans. Nicely constructed and taken goals too, it could easily have been several more.
Here are the highlights...

A good summary and well produced by a club miles behind us in so many ways. Yet again, how can we not produce a video highlights edition like this??
Hopefully, John Rankin has looked at the video more than once, as with better finishing, City could well have been in the lead early on. We'll not get away with that every week.
This professional production is an unexpected plus from a 'wee' club like Edinburgh City. Well done to all concerned.

City also still do an Matchday programme, which has won awards in the recent past I believe, as well as offering a digital version. We do neither.

Yet somehow there are plenty of glossy programmes available for free throughout the stadium celebrating the "stadium that never sleeps" and all things McGowan. 26 pages in before football is mentioned.

To be honest a programme is not something i miss but this still feels like another example of how there is budget and resources to do things when it suits.

The lack of promotion of the football club and improvements to the website, social media and highlights package has to be the focus in this day and age.
