I presume there is still an option for fans to physically purchase a ticket from The Ticket Office rather than going through all the I.T. rigmarole?

There doesn't seem to be. The closest to that seems to be a "physical card" which I presume you show at the turnstile rather than the correct ticket on your phone or a print out. I went for that option then I could get no further. Still haven't heard from Fanbase.

From what I understood, the physical cards are in course of production and all who applied for one will be texted to say they are available for collection at the office at some point.

Success! It still wouldn't accept my phone number but I hit "back" and that took me to the payment screen and it went through smoothly. My first season ticket in many years.

That makes about five of us known to have renewed or bought seasons. Great!

Think we have to move on for our own sanity.

We know we have been shafted with regard to the Stadium ownership, where the Council's original support by way of a long lease of offices in the Stand, allowed the whole build to finally take place, and this for the expected future benefit of the Football Club to remain in their home town.
Now, there's unlikely to be any income stream from the Stadium, and HAFC looks to have to meet increasing outgoings to rent the facilities of NDP
Regardless of that, if we want to (hopefully) see Accies progress week by week, then we HAVE to show that support despite the above, and attend matches at NDP. Whether this is by a Season Ticket, or whatever the office will have for PATG customers, it's your choice. Otherwise we are 'Kneeling' down to the NF's of this world.

Well, that's £45792 income on these numbers and at least my C/C statement shows it was taken by, & presumably went to, Hamilton Accies FC. However 279 seasons sold is a long way off the 1000 target. but given that it's between 25% & 30% of our usual support, perhaps that's a good result so far. Roll on the new season :D

For some perspective, Dunfermline announced last week that they've reached the 3000 mark.

Falkirk are quoting sales of 2500

Last year the under 18s were free. This year so far 72 have taken a paid ticket but if you remove them from the total essentially just 200 adults have renewed which is a 100 less than last years quoted figure of 300. Setting a target of a thousand was a good idea but there has been little real marketing. The Only Accies boys as per last season have done more to advertise than the club. Relegation, continued uncertainty over ownership and for some Rankin keeping his job all contribute to the current sales figures. Hopefully we will hear from Serif next week re ownership and that may provide some impetus.

Yep I’m making the point of waiting until the new ownership is announced or Rankin being emptied following a poor Betfred group stage whichever comes first, before renewing.

Been an armchair fan for many years but taken the plunge and got a season ticket for me and my boy. Here’s hoping last weekend was just a blip!
