Aye, TT, there’s no such thing as bad publicity. Complete co-incidence, of course, that last game & this game 50/50 winners should not be in “hospitality”.

Was there any hospitality on today? £50 is pretty pathetic for a (make believe) crowd of 1,171.

We rode our luck despite the final score. EK had a couple of good chances early on, Fulton saving us. Nice though to score four from open play. Three exceptional finishes from Andy Ryan. Lewis Smith was out of sorts but did well to not let his head drop and he set up the second and third. Lovely to see 16 year old Ryan One finally get his first goal. Seems a bit harsh to say that but he's come close a few times. Also great to see 16 year olds Forsyth, Black and Morgan get some game time.

Drumchapel at home please. That was some result they had, considering Blantyre Vics beat them 5-2 recently. MacKinnon connection too.

And we should travel over to Hampden with some confidence plus the knowledge that Queens Park have not played on Hampden’s big park for a couple of seasons either,

OK they must be favourites but maybe the incentive for any Accies player to say he has scored at Hampden, could just be the difference with that win today.

Just watched the highlights. Lovely finish by One and Ryans’ third was a peach. But 1171 of a crowd. Come on 700 at best. Liar liar pants on fire

That's what I don't get, in the cup you have to give the other side around 40% of the gate so it's not in your interests to overly inflate the gate. From the highlights, It looked like EK brought at least 200 maybe 250 but it was difficult to see where their fans ended and ours began. Although you couldn't see up to the top of the stand, I think a fair estimate for the two main sections either side of the directors box would be 400. The rest was pretty sparse apart from a good sized couple of groups at the far right including the drum kids. I'd say 800 is plausible, certainly never 1,171.

1171 means 1 in 3 seats were taken - no chance that was the case.

Their at the wind up Porcupine. Like most ‘factual’ statements that emerge from Mcgoofeys property development empire whatever the source, credibility has never been a component
