Both goals from Andy Ryan, 1st was a tap in after a mazy run by Shaun want who want past 3/4 defenders and cut it back on a plate.

2nd one was a clever run off the back off a defender for another tap in from a free kick. Ryan also had another one chalked off for offside.

Look to be playing 4-2-3-1 with Martin and mimnaugh sitting.

Accies keeper hasn’t made any saves.

5 changes at HT

Finished 4-0.

Went to a 3 at the back after HT. Another 4 subs after 58 minutes including the tiniest goalkeeper ever.

Brilliant 3rd from a 15 year old, picked it 40 yards out and stride forward and smashed it left footed into the top corner. 4th goal was a penalty after a dive from the accies striker with no contact made from the defender.

The young guy Forsyth who scored the 3rd also scored the 9th against Newmains. 2 goals against 2 teams within 3 hours of each other, not many can claim that.

Sounds like a good day out for those that managed to get along. As has been said I wouldn’t read too much into these games early in pre season against junior opposition. On the other hand it does seem to be a good way to give all first team players game time. It’s also good to see Ryan for example doing what we brought him into to do score goals. Hopefully he will be played as a central striker rather than out on the wing. The appearance of Easton suggests he will be with us next season. I still think as Assistant to Rankine. And Scotty Martin looks up for it.
