Accies V Hearts B

What does Stan do? Does he play mostly youth to give them a competitive game or play the likes of Want, the Finn, McDonald at left back etc? Devalued with the addition of B teams getting to the final would still be a bonus for Accies fans those who have been there before and those who haven’t. 2 - 0 to Accies and our first home win since January? Then Stan only needs one more victory for an unheard of 3 in a row.

It's £10 for grown ups and £5 for the usual concessions. STs not valid.

My preference would be for the strongest possible team to play. With the new manager in place, we want to build momentum and embed his tactics. I understand the temptation to rest some people, but wouldn't do that unless people have niggles.

Thanks, Gilbert. Agree with strong team....build on Saturday's success and gel the players together for ongoing better results.

Well he gave the guys he left out a shot including the flying fin who scores. Let’s wrap this up boys. Meanwhile I’ve just enjoyed an excellent pub meal in Kent. :D

351 Accies fans. At least 150 more than if Rice had still been there. ;)

Looked to be well in control at one up, then we have a defensive shambles and let them not only equalise, but to get another goal soon after. Once. with Chucky on, we manage to match their two goals and finally we get a winner.

Shaun Want was stretchered off after about 10 mins getting treatment from both physios and first aiders. Looked a bad neck injury. Involved in collision with "Vitaman" who was heaqd bandaged up and substituted soon afterwards.

Their keeper had two or three outstanding saves. We struggled at times to enforce ourselves but eventually we won. A shaky performance in parts.

Some positives - the team are getting better at keeping the ball , passing among themselves and recovering possession if a pass goes astray. Need to be sharper at recognising when the forwards are making a run and get the ball up to them rather than passing across the back 3 / 4, I'm hopeful that this is something that will come from familiarity the more they play together. Would also like to see more shots at goal, even when theyre a bit further out from the goaline - some of the keepers we've played against so far are a bit shaky and we could capatalise on that.
Hears first goal was just a catastrophe in defense, they're second goal was an excellent strike.
