Can't believe that George Stanger is only on £150p.w. £7500 a year for a full time player. And Owolabi was on £500 p.w. ???

If true, somebody at the club is taking the pizz with two young players. Where's the incentive for them?

These figures need verified to prove their accuracy.

Whatever else, it shows what a shoestring outfit we are.

People getting excited as the odds have shortened on Stuart Taylor making him favourite. I’m no betting man so it’s all a mystery to me. It may be however that Boozy has made it clear he’s not interested in which case Taylor ticks boxes even if he did leave on poor terms. Knows the club, has managed in his own right and coached at a high level in England. Currently on the coaching staff at Ross County so won’t cost. Mind you with all these applications I wouldn’t expect them to have finished interviews until the end of the week ;)

And even the Press and Journal are touting him for the job

I don’t read much in to bookies odds on new manager markets as they are so fickle. If two of us went in and placed a tenner on Hartley for example his odds would come in drastically by the next day.

I actually wouldn’t mind Taylor, but we all know it’s going to be Boozy our only hope outside of that is Imrie… pretty grim.

George Cairns interview in which he rules himself out of the job but then goes onto specifically mention Stuart Taylor and praise him.

Still think it will be Boozys’

And the bookies have stopped taking money on him an even surer sign.

Interview with Brian in which he says one of the reasons he gave up the job was the way Accies were treated over coved. It was nothing to do with gambling. Then he goes on to say he is desperate to get back into football and what a great clubHamilton are. I’m completely confused why he would give up the Accies job based on this interview.

There's only one person confused over this decision and it's not you, TT.

Some say many footballers are born with their heads on upside-down. I could not possibly comment on that statement.
